Makes 1 serving (4 little balls)
① 1/2 cup dry roasted hazelnuts ② 2 dates ③ 1 tbsp almond butter ④ 1/2 tbsp coconut oil ⑤ 2 tbsp ground pistachios
Go! Use a food processor and mix together the hazelnuts, pitted dates, almond butter & coconut oil. On a small plate spread the ground pistachios. Make balls out of your paste (if too mushy, add another date) and roll them in the pistachios. Pair with Turkish coffee.
